"Il Covo" is born in the ancient garden of a "gessara", an ancient chalk factory, situated in the heart of the historical center of Pedaso. The old one "gessara" has been completely restructured in full harmony with the old tastes released by the walls of the seafaring village.

Today it is a pleasant restaurant where is possible to taste excellent Adriatic fish with our main plates, thanks to our particular and always new recipes.

Furthermore our wines are chosen from a best selection of Italian wines.

We can moreover boast ourselves of the precious collaboration of "SlowFood" association, which aims to enhace the good taste and the traditional Italian cuisine; the same values that you will be able to appreciate during your first visit to "Il Covo".
